MARCO
Marco is the joker and I suppose whiner of the group. He can be witty and charming and is actually very smart but he never shows it. His attitude to lots of things is 'whatever' (but not when it comes to missions!!) He also finds the humour in things and then makes a joke, good or bad. He is usually very sarcastic and his favourite saying is "Are you INSANE." He says this regularly before going on a mission. Another thing he often does before going into missions is point out all of the security problems as he is always aware of them. He thinks they should just drop the whole thing and try to live until they can get their driver's license. Because of this he is always fighting (verbally) with Rachel, most of the time Rachel has the last say though. This amusing activity is one of his favourite hobbies. Most girls think he is cute but neither Rachel or Cassie like him.
His family includes, his father, Jeremy, who's and engineer and his mother, Eva who is presumed dead. Pretty sad huh. It gets worse. His father lost it after Eva 'died' and Marco was the man of the house and looked after his father. That's the main reason he was so reluctant to be an Animorph, he thought his father would loose it if he was killed. It gets even worse. After one very early mission he discovered that his 'dead' mother was actually the host body of Visser One! From then on he had a sort of reason to fight, to get his mother back. Close to the end (after faking his and his father's death) he is reunited with his mother but only after getting a stepmother who turns out to be a Controller.
His best friend is the serious leader Jake. Erek (a Chee) is also a pretty good friend. His main trademark is the fact that he came up with the name, Animorph which stands for Animal Morpher. The group never knew how long the name was going to follow them and after making up the name Marco regretted it. His battle morph and favourite morph was the gorilla because of all the power that came with it. Like Jake and the others he does not enjoy ants, termites, flies and cockroaches.
His hobbies are anything like video games, Playstation and Nintendo 64. He also likes hanging out with Jake, thrill rides and as I mentioned before giving Rachel a hard time although she fights back.
